1. Overview

ScanKaro offers a digital subscription service. Since digital services cannot be "returned," this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we provide refunds for Premium subscriptions.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time Premium subscribers only. Renewal payments are not eligible for the 7-day refund window.

3. Pro-Rated Refunds for Quarterly Plans

If you are on a quarterly plan and request cancellation after the 7-day window but before the end of the billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the number of full unused months remaining in your billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include the email address associated with your ScanKaro account.
  • Provide the reason for your refund request.

We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed through our payment processor. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Typically, refunds appear within 5-10 business days after approval.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Requests made after the 7-day window for monthly plans.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to terms of service violations.
  • Duplicate refund requests for the same transaction.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
